Thomas, a successful entrepreneur and owner of Webel Scientific, a leading Danish radar company.

His travels to Ukraine for business exposed him firsthand to the devastating realities of the war. Driven by compassion, Thomas leveraged his resources to make a positive impact on the Ukrainian people.

Jacob, a former Danish soldier who was severely wounded in Afghanistan in 2012. Shot five times and hit by RPG shrapnel. He endured years of surgeries and rehabilitation. Despite his determination, the injuries ultimately forced him to find a new path. Refusing to let his sacrifice be in vain, Jacob channeled his experience into helping others. Thus, The Danish Wounded Warriors (Veteranskytterne), an association dedicated to supporting fellow wounded Danish veterans, was born.

Today Jacob works as a Business Development Director for the Danish radar company Weibel Scientific.

Sine, a former diplomat with experience working alongside Danish Defence and the US military at the Royal Danish Embassy in Washington D.C., returned to Denmark in 2023. Leveraging her background, she dedicated herself to supporting Danish veterans by joining the Danish Wounded Warriors (Veteranskytterne).

Sine manages the daily tasks at Northern Lights.
